Cris Espinosa

Cris Espinosa, is an experienced small business advisor. He worked with hundreds of small businesses as a business consultant, advising in areas of cash flow management, strategic planning, bookkeeping, and lending. He began his career as banker with Comerica bank and later worked for Wells Fargo and Amegy Bank as a Business Relationship Manager.

Mr. Espinosa earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Houston with a concentration in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Center for Advanced Management Program School of Business from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. A recipient of the Presidential Award for Academic Achievement. He is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Texas (PACC). He served as a Vice President of the PACC South Texas. He served in the board of the Houston Asian Jaycees. He was the Chairman of the Education Committee, and Director of Individual Development for the Jaycees.

He is member of Cinco Ranch Business Network International. He served in the Houston Arts Alliance Intensive Service Program as a Panel Reviewer.

Johnwin Sim, CPB

Johnwin Sim, has worked for Ernst & Young as a Manager. In E&Y Mr. Sim managed a team to deliver solutions for businesses. He has helped shape financial decisions for many businesses around the country from various industries. He managed in the areas of regulatory compliance and auditing.

Mr. Sim earned a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University. He is a Member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeeper. He is also a Certified QuickBooks User and a Certified Public Bookkeeper.

Tip Sae-Chee

Ms. Sae-Chee has an extensive knowledge and experience in bookkeeping. Using QuickBooks, she began her career with Network Funding as a staff bookkeeper. From there she outsourced her services to other small businesses who needed bookkeeping services. She also worked with local CPAs to provide bookkeeping services to their small business clients. Ms. Sae-chee has built a reputation for her keen technical expertise in QuickBooks and small business bookkeeping management.

Ms. Sae-Chee earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston with concentration in Accounting. She continued her academic pursuit and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is also well versed in various accounting software such as, TurboTax, GoldMine, Plus&Minus, DacEasy and many more. She is also a member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
